Partners Rebecca Blake and Gillian Shaw offer a personal & professional property management service specialising in the management of blocks of apartments/flats across the Isle of Wight.
BSC Management Services aim to provide an efficient, quality service assisting leaseholders with the management of their property.
The business was established in 1996 & since then has continued to expand to meet the needs of its clients. BSC Management Services currently manages in excess of 55 blocks of flats from 6 to 44 in size, both purpose built & conversions.
They are the only member of ARMA on the island. Rebecca and Gillian have the skills, experience & infrastructure to support this specialist area of property management & work with flat owners to maintain and improve their property. |
